The PLANET WBS-512AC is a high-performance wireless access point designed for use in enterprises and public institutions. In doing so, the WBS-512AC supports 802.11a/n/ac and offers a maximum speed of up to 900 Mbps. With PoE, the access point can be flexibly installed, making it ideal for locations where a power supply is difficult to access. The WBS-512AC supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standard and can be operated with PoE injectors or PoE switches from PLANET.
Features
PLANET's WBS-512AC has internal antennas that provide stable signal coverage. In addition, the access point is equipped with a rugged metal housing that is suitable for use in harsh environments. This allows the WBS-512AC to operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C ~ +70°C.
Special functions
It also offers numerous security features such as WPA/WPA2-Enterprise, 802.1X authentication, and MAC address filtering to ensure secure network performance. By integrating MU-MIMO technology, the WBS-512AC allows multiple devices to access the network simultaneously, among other features, greatly improving network performance.
